Our Experiences
KRS announces that the services provided in connection with these experiences and itineraries are purchased from different independent suppliers who are not affiliated with KRS in any way. However, KRS seeks to select quality suppliers for its offered experiences, but does not have the right to control their operations, and therefore makes these arrangements on the condition that KRS , its agents and employees do not shall be liable for delays, setbacks, inconveniences, expenses, irregularities, injuries or bodily harm, deaths or damage to property caused by the conduct or default of any company or individual engaged in the provision of such services.
As a result, KRS is not responsible for any negligence, willful act or failure to provide services by third parties. Each of these service companies contracted to provide the experience is subject to the laws of the state or country where they operate and where the services are provided, in accordance with their Terms and Conditions (available upon request) and participation is conditioned on acceptance of these. Furthermore,
KRS shall not be liable for: (a) any expenses incurred which are not expressly agreed as part of the payment associated with any Experience, including expenses which may be required during, before or after the Experience; or (b) risks of delay, unanticipated events, inconvenience, illness, bodily injury, emotional distress, death, or property damage, for any reason whatsoever. Accordingly, as legal consideration for permission to participate in such experience, I hereby release and discharge KRS
from and against any and all liability resulting from my participation in the experience. I agree that this version is legal and binding on me, all members of my family, all minors accompanying me and my and their heirs, successors and legal representatives, and it is my sole intention to assume all risks associated with my participation in this experience and release KRS
from any and all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
KRS reserves the right to refuse or accept future participation of any person who is deemed unable to meet the rigors and requirements to participate in the activities associated with any experience, or any person whose actions or conduct hinders the planned experience, the rights, well-being or enjoyment of other participants. Refund based on the portion of the experience not enjoyed is the limit of KRS ' liability in such a case.
Experience Descriptions
The description of all experiences included in our online catalogue and KRS
packages are sometimes abbreviated and correct at the time of printing. However, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the program without prior notice, including the right to eliminate or substitute locations. Where the change is material, we will notify the recipient at the time you confirm your booking or at a later date. In the unlikely event of mechanical failure, illness or other circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions unfavorable to the experience, we reserve the right to make reasonable replacements of components or to refund the equivalent amount. without prior notice. Restrictions, Requirements and Important Information
Where appropriate, we will include abbreviated information about health, age, height and requirements such as a valid driving license or proof of weather conditions in advance on our website, brochures and vouchers. All details are available upon request and are in the booking documents. Please read them carefully. Once you have received your purchase or gift pack, please notify us within 7 days that the experience was inappropriate, if applicable.
Availability
All experiences are subject to availability and some are also dependent on weather conditions on the day. Ideally, you should make your reservation at least 28 days in advance. It may be necessary to take longer to secure reservations on weekends or during peak season. We recommend not booking flights, hotels or other similar services before having your reservation confirmed in writing. We also recommend that you confirm your reservation with the venue 48 hours prior to your session to confirm weather forecasts.
Cancellation
Once your booking is complete, if you wish to cancel or amend your booking, there may be cancellation charges, although you may be covered by our cancellation insurance. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an experience or product, we or the event promoter will contact you in a timely manner. Please register your contact number when booking so that we can contact you if necessary. In the unlikely event of cancellation, KRS
' liability is limited to a new reservation on a new date or for a similar experience or a refund of the value of the canceled experience.
Pricing
Prices are inclusive of VAT and are correct at the time of going to press, except for errors or omissions. However, we reserve the right to make changes to our prices at any time without prior notice. If there is any change in price, you will be notified of this at the time you place your order. Please note that your KRS voucher will only be dispatched once full payment has been received. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery of your vouchers or products where payment by credit card is declined or where your cheque is not delivered to us. All prices are for one person unless otherwise stated (for example, where the product name states "for two".
Payment
We accept most credit and debit cards (except Solo, Diners and Visa Electron). A small commission of 3% is charged in the case of using credit cards to cover the additional fees that we will have to pay. We accept checks by mail; on behalf of KRS and are subject to payment authorization. Cash payments are only accepted in person at one of our offices, where you will receive a signed receipt. Please do not send money by mail. Please note that we will not be able to reserve dates, send your gift pack or voucher until payment has been made.
Delivery by Mail and Email
All KRS vouchers are dispatched the same day if your order is placed before 4pm. The option of guaranteed next day delivery or express courier delivery is also available at the time of your order. Please be careful when providing us with your email address to receive your vouchers via email and make sure our domain goldenmoments.co.uk is marked as safe mail. If a voucher does not arrive, before contacting us to receive a new voucher, check your email spam filter or if you have a registered postcard in your mailbox to collect your voucher at CTT. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or other issue resulting in non-arrival. When you receive your gift card, please carefully check all the information it contains. If you find any errors or are unsure of the information contained, you must notify us prior to booking the experience or within 7 working days, whichever comes first.
Voucher Validity
The expiration date for vouchers with an "open date" is detailed on the KRS voucher. If the recipient of the voucher is not available to carry out the experience within that time limit, the validity of the voucher may be extended for a further 12 months, provided that they inform us 28 days in advance of the date on which the voucher expires. A surcharge of €24.99 will be applied, adding the difference if the price has changed, which may imply the issuance of a new KRS voucher. No refunds will be made for vouchers that have had their expiration date extended. If your voucher has expired, you can reactivate it for a price of €34.99 plus the increased price of the experience since then, if applicable. Vouchers that have expired more than 12 months ago (24 months after purchase) are unusable.
Exchanges
All "open date" experiences can only be exchanged once for any other experience in our catalog as long as you inform us before the expiration date. If the replacement experience is for one with a higher price than the amount originally paid, the difference will be charged. If the experience is exchanged for one of a lower price, the difference will be kept in your KRS account to be discounted towards a future purchase of an experience. Exchanged experiences are non-refundable. You must make the exchange before activating the voucher. Vouchers that are already active cannot be exchanged or refunded. Some experiences cannot be exchanged after purchase. In these cases, this restriction is visible in the experiment description.
Vouchers
By purchasing a Flexible Gift Card, you or anyone holding the voucher accepts that Flexible Gift Cards have a nominal value attached, equal to the amount paid at the time of purchase, and any experience suggested on the voucher is subject to availability, changes (such as price ) and serves for illustrative purposes only. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information in the description and photographs on our website and on gift vouchers are a true reflection of the reality of the activity for which the vouchers are activated, these do not form part of the contract. We make every effort to avoid passing on increased costs to gift voucher owners, but in the event of this occurring, the owner may pay the difference and increase the value of their flexible voucher or choose to use the credit from their existing voucher towards the incentive. another experiment for a similar price. Reservations and Appointments
Unless required to be dated at the time of purchase, vouchers are "open dated" until the expiration date stated on the voucher. Once a reservation is complete, the experience cannot be exchanged or refunded. We will send you the booking confirmation documents with the voucher number to confirm the booking. We ask that you read this document carefully and contact us immediately upon receipt if any changes need to be made. If your booking confirmation does not arrive within 14 days, you must contact us. If the participant does not appear at the experience location on the reserved day and time, the voucher will be considered used without participation.
Refund Policy
We are happy to provide a 100% refund less any shipping or packaging costs for an unexpired "open date" voucher purchased directly from KRS within 14 days of receipt, subject to notification. by mail or email. After this period and before the expiry date, refunds are subject to a 25% administrative fee, with a minimum charge of €15. Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the voucher or item, and if purchased by credit card or Paypal, refunds will be made to the same account. Request your refund before activating the voucher. Vouchers that are already active cannot be refunded. Some vouchers may have specific Purchase Conditions that will be visible in the experience description. ALWAYS read the experience description carefully before purchasing the voucher.
The Day of Booking
If you have any issues or concerns during your experience, please bring them to the attention of management as soon as possible so that they can help you resolve them. We would like you to report any issues or concerns to us immediately so that we can resolve them and make sure that the experience is complete. We take complaints and feedback very seriously. If the issue is not resolved on the day of booking, please report it in writing with full details including the experience reference number.
